Our fire risk assessment and fire compartmentation survey services ensure you’re meeting the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and highlight any areas that need improving.

We can produce evacuation plans in 2D or 3D, depending on what suits your needs best. For your risk assessment, we will rank non-compliant and high-risk zones in order of severity, so you’ll be able to see what needs urgent attention. The compartmentation survey will show you the locations and conditions of fire detection equipment and alarm systems, fire hazard rooms, fire doors, fire extinguishers, fire escape routes, and evacuation equipment.
